Our little PRINCESS is now THREE! When asked what kind of birthday party Emma wanted she said "a princess dress up party" so, that is exactly what she got. We got her a new Sleeping Beauty dress just for her party. All her friends dressed up as princesses also. They wore crowns, made princess jewelry boxes, colored disney princess pillow cases, and went to the ball (danced around the room to disney music). Emma loved her princess cake, and all her presents. These four girls are BEST FRIENDS here in omaha! We are so lucky to be surrounded by so many girls her age. Leanna lives next door and there isn't a day (LITERALLY) that Emma and her don't see each other. They already want to have sleep overs and eat every meal at each others house. Emily lives across the street and she loves to come and watch movies with Emma. Grace and Peyton's Dad are in the same year as Justin and our family's spend at least a few nights a week together. Grace and Peyton share Emma's love for everything princess and Fancy Nancy (I'll be honest me and Lisa totally encourage it, we love watching them have tea party's and dress up). Their Mom Lisa helped with the party and has become one of my best friends. We are so grateful for the Mcguffins in our lives. We love all our friends here in village green, we are so grateful that this is where we ended up. It is the best place for our family at this time in our lives. We can't believe how fast the last three years have gone by. It seems like we just brought her home from the hospital and all the sudden our baby isn't a baby anymore.

What a great party idea. Love it! Kylie would have loved it! That is wonderful that there are so many girls for Emma to play with. Happy to hear that you guys are making lots of friends and settling in nicely. We miss you!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe shes already three! Time flies. She looks so cute in her princess costume too. I always liked sleeping beauty best because all she does is sleep and she still gets to be a princess :)
